Making certain items more viable for low to mid-game advancement. Although some set items with high levels do not yet have significant improvements, the fact they are now "upped" by Horadric Cube recipes makes them slightly more competitive.As to upgrading set items, there's a brand new recipe for that in the Horadric Cube.
First time in a long time, a brand new cube recipe has been implemented into dynamic of the item and players are now able to "up" an item in their collection by a tier higher. This will increase the defensive power and stat requirements , but will also make the set items more sturdy and appealing.
