RuneScape isn't just a random collection of people

And that's it: when one first arrives in Lumbridge you will find that all the top players could be playing with you in the future. It's intoxicating. There are a lot of games that are out to take over your life, however RuneScape is the only one to be honest about it. The reason why it is so popular isn't in the stories and quests. When players talk about the win-state it's about getting the full range of stats they need to reach 99. Nobody considers obtaining all settlements from Fallout 4 as the end goal - it's about the narrative or the journey. In this case, the numbers are what it's all about. They're all there has to be.
RuneScape can be anything that you wish it to be. It's fitted into my life just as in the past when I was seven however in a different way. If you're a fan back in the 2000s, I highly suggest checking out Old School - just be prepared for a lot of emotional conflict.
On the surface, RuneScape The First 20 Years is a perfect Christmas present for the 2000s kid that you love. With a lot of nostalgia, it's difficult to glance through the pages without wanting to start Old School RuneScape. But as you continue reading this is a sad tale because it was lightning in a bottle, and will probably never be caught again, and definitely not on the same scale.
