RuneScape is very significant to me personally

The final Double XP event of 2021 at the time that the last one concluded in November. In the past couple of decades, there's usually only four events per year for obvious reasons, they need to be a big deal!
Looking ahead to the next event we predicted that we would expect it to happen in February, and that proved to be the case. . Since 2014, there's been an additional Double , or Bonus XP event at this time. Given how the last few events have gone and we don't anticipate any changes in the future as Jagex appears to have perfected the process.
Participants get 48 hours of DoubleXP time to utilize over around 10 days. One exception was that the event lasted 21 days, but the 10 day events are more likely to attract large numbers of players due to their limited duration.
For those who aren't in the familiar, RuneScape is a big deal. A darned big deal. For those who are in the MMORPG world. In its 21st year it's among the biggest MMORPGs and probably the best free one. The theme is high fantasy, with an equally strong medieval flavor that runs through the game. It's a blend that excels; just inquire with J.K. Rowling.
RuneScape is very significant to me personally because of three small points it was the first MMORPG I ever played; the first game I can claim to have been addicted to; and it was the first game I got into that could be described as 'online' but is far from the best. But, it's three important gaming milestones not to be ignored.
Following a brief , basic tutorial on the aptly named Tutorial Island and I ended up finding myself stranded in the uninteresting but rather pleasant riverside town of Lumbridge. The town is where every new player knows the basics of mechanics such as how to build fire or put money in the bank. It's important to know that in RuneScape it is a game where everyone begins on the same level (weirdly, at level 3).
