On the most recent season on Hot Ones, Post Malone was interviewed about his love for video games, specifically in relation to music. In the response, Malone asked host Sean Evans if he had been engaging in Elden Ring in his personal life.
Evans said that he hadn't been able to, which resulted in Malone proposing the game. Even so, Post Malone explained that they have to shut the music off while playing Elden Ring because it stresses the player too much.
"I alter the music all the way off [in Elden Ring] because it is insane. It's akin to choirs, not angels, but of demons. And they're like, There's no way you are going to live," Post Malone said of the game's soundtrack. "After an argument, I'm like shaking like this so I'm required to walk out and smoke and I'm like"I'm trying to calm down.'"
You can watch the video in which Post Malone talking about Elden Ring below:Even though Post Malone seems to have a love-hate relationship with the music in Elden Ring and Elden Ring, he went on to say that some of the most memorable music he's ever heard is from other video games.
He specifically mentioned titles like Skyrim, The Legend of Zelda and Mario Bros. as just three titles that he is a fan of. While The Elden Ring score might be somewhat overwhelming for him to handle at times, it sounds like he doesn't shut off the game's soundtrack all the time.
