Go to the middle of this cave and investigate the grotto. This will trigger Filliman to change into the form of a Nature Spirit. It will ask you to present him with a Silver sickle. When you have blessed the Silver sickle, Filliman returns it to you, and also introduce you to your new possibility to allow you to bless additional sickles later on by dipping them into the grotto water. In the end, you will be given an Druid pouch and be asked to rid yourself of three monsters.
