The game I was playing Elyon for two hours . My favorite part of the game was like an eastern MMO railroad that was firing me through the zones like I was shot out of a gun and constantly flashing new shit on my screen. I don't know, but at this point at this point in my journey, I want my general overworld to be an adventure that's to be my own pace and a little less like there's a certain place that's more important. (auto-pathing and quests that are all very sequential enhance this feeling. Making me feel like I'm not supposed to be lingering around.)
It's one of the reasons I hate games that have "[Playermade] just created Boots of Extreme Might +7" notifications. Like that is a really simple method to make all the shit I'm doing seem irrelevant and unimportant. Video game.
This year is apparently going to be bringing a whole array of material to Elyon. A video message from the game's creator discusses new features of content currently that are in development and possible changes to the existing systems. All of these are scheduled for 2022. In all seriousness, there's a lot.
There are a number of new scenarios that will be added, including the 30-player raid, which is said to be easier than current 10-player ones, new hunting areas that allow players to the ocean or into a clan fighting. clan battleground, and a new continent which will increase the limit of level by a factor of 55 from the current 52.
