Before you start your journey to the Blast Furnace, it is worth noting that it's only accessible in the following worlds 352, 355 three, 358, 386, and 387. Once you've spoken with the Giant Dwarf and entered Keldagrim it is necessary to go north and make your way across the bridge. Once you've crossed it keep going south until you can see that Blast Furnace icon on the map. Enter the building marked take a walk down and be able to see the furnace.
Once you've completed this then it's much simpler to get there to visit in the near future. It is possible to use an Grand Exchange shortcut on the northwest wall, go on a trip in the minecart and explore Ice Mountain Dwarven Mines, or play the minigame group searcher to appear outside the building.
It's not easy to get to but playing the minigame on the Blast Furnace is simple. For the furnace to be used you must follow these steps: Deposit your ore onto the conveyor belt. Go down the ramp with a bucket full of water or gloves that are ice. Let your bars cool down before you bank them.
Speed is key here and you should wear gear that reduces weight as you journey through your way through the Blast Furnace. If you're a player less than 60smithing, you'll need a stamina potion as well as 25 ore. You'll also be paying your fees for every 10 minutes.
