I believe that Bard really fits into OSRS game.

Fantastic work! I honestly feel the bard's skills are fitting for My thoughts:
I know that you have different training strategies to serve different camps of people, however it doesn't alter the fact that this skill is much greater "complex" than the current abilities. The way I'm referring to it is that you can train using a variety of methods as well as a variety of ways to apply the ability (anima, rifts, etc. ) and many types of rewards. I feel like this skill comes with a number of minigames that go along with it.
Follow-up points, Anima and Rifts should be split into Bard minigames or not used altogether. I am not a believer in creating a new type of mob in the world to develop a new skill in the midst of Bard camps performance, battles and other events. What is the reason to incorporate rewards into said training methods rather than have an overabundance of reward options?
Making an instrument tune is like the process to stringing a bow, and shouldn't be given that the same importance IMO.
Every skill in the world contributes in some way, whether via indirect means or directly, to combat. The fact that this skill can also contribute is great IMO and allows it to an appropriate addition to. I am a fan of the idea of playing instruments to deaggro or aggro mobs as well as giving buffs for pvm and mastering. However, I'm not sure how the instruments themselves have unique quirks, like teleports. It should be the performing (using the ability) which gives you unique characteristics. I.e. Rather than the instrument itself having a right-click-teleport feature and you have to play a particular track using a particular instrument to transfer (or aggro/deaggro mobs, buffs or buffs. ).
Follow up point I'd like to see more emphasis on unlocking songs in order to unlock particular quirks. Be it through quests or minigames, raids, or beating the NPC for the first time at an inn or camp, etc. Songs played by specific instruments produce unique quirks which should be the titular reward for this skill. E.g. The war drum that plays a song we learned from combat mobs from the GoblinQuest. This allows lower-level instruments to remain in use during the late game. The songs may be old magical singing chants we uncover in the legends sung in a pub, or a dirge sung by the court bard. A few instances.
I like the idea of having battles and performances with particular instruments, as it helps lower-level instruments stay relevant.
I don't like Influences in any way. It feels like a separate game that has nothing has anything to do with OSRS. The reward is just used to forcibly "tie" this back with the game. It is not a natural match IMO. The rewards, similar to specific shop items, could be incorporated into the above specific song + instrument idea.
I do not like the emphasis on bard camps where there are already pubs and inns. Why not utilize existing pubs/inns and in areas that do not have these, bars, they could have bard camps. In other words, in the eyes of a person who is training to be a Bard there is no distinction between a bar, pub, inn, or bard camp aside from aesthetics. The lore of it all fits perfectly IMO.
In summary, I feel the thing you're seeing is an iceberg. Above the water is an excellent technique that works well in the game. But underneath is a whole range of other aspects that makes the skill overly complicated, and in reality, it's an entirely different game. I like training via playing in battles, performing, and other activities. I like rewards in the way of unlocking music (and consequently unlocking quirks) through the aforementioned methods for training minigames or raids. quests. The rest is too much IMO.
Please forgive me if I have misinterpreted something, I really hope Jagex is thinking about this because I think Bard is an integral part of the game!
