"Elden Ring app's aim is to assist casual players in tracking quests.An app has been developed to help players track quests and more in Elden Ring.The iOS app was designed through an Elden Ring player who was determined to bring a quest tracker to the hugely popular game. The app was featured in an interview by VGC, Dachary Carey explained he "wanted to play this game so much" so he created the app.

It's particularly an issue for "more informal gamers" regardless of the fact that it's known that the omission was an intentional design decision by FromSoftware.
The iOS app is able to fill the need for those who don't have the use of a tracker. It's basically a database app that allows users to manually input the names of characters as well as locations. They can also add notes about quests. The app was designed in conjunction with Elden Ring in thoughts, but it could effectively be used for other games that offer the possibility of side-quests.
Carey blogs how the app helps him can track things "without having to dedicate twenty hours a week". It's a simple but potentially highly effective application. As of now, it's number one on the App Store's Entertainment category, the app costs PS2.49 per download.
