If you're looking for more experience. and speed, I would go for Yaks, Experiments, Flesh Crawlers (SHoS), or maybe Rock Crabs. Each of these options will provide a good amount of exp. In addition, they are being pretty low-risk and casual.
For Summoning, it really depends how much charm you possess. If you've got the charms, it will surely take only a day, probably less. If not, no one knows what time it will take you to collect the charms. I'll assume the assumption that you already have the charms.
From 22-31, create Granite Crab pouches. It's pretty efficient, as well as costing very little charms. It will require 1,300ish blank pouches, gold charmsand iron ore as well as some 10,000ish glass shards of spirit. This is likely to cost you somewhere between the middle and high 200k.
From 31 to 40 you will make Vampire Bats. They offer decent exp and their supplies aren't as hard to find like other. Find 170 blank pouches bloody charms and vampire dust. They also have 13,400 spirit shards. It'll cost you somewhere in the middle of 300k.
40-52 really, go to Granite Crabs. It's much cheaper then the alternative, Bull Ants, and its really difficult to obtain the marigolds that are needed for Bull Ants. For Granite crabs all the way you'll need 4,010 pouches, gold-colored charms, iron ore, and 27,050 spirit shards. This will cost you in the high 600k's, to low 700k's.
