What Does A Reasonable Current-Gen Version Look Like

There are still tons of queries about this front? In conclusion, are my expectations ? No, but they are actually considering the time of this release.EA and 2K are in interesting places. Both have significant annual sports titles coming out on current-generation and toaster games inside a few months.EA has Madden 21 coming out later this month for PS4 and Xbox One later this month, and what we suppose will be an entirely different, much more innovative version coming for PS5 and Xbox collection X in November or December. EA has the exact same situation with FIFA 21.
With an upgrade coming soon after the current-gen version releases, and with all the NBA season ravaged by COVID-19-mandated delays, what should consumers expect from the PS4 and Xbox One variations of NBA 2K21?
What Does A Reasonable Current-Gen Version Look Like?
In fact, the 2019-20 NBA season won't even be done. Due to all of these things, anyone anticipating as big of an effort as we generally see from an annual 2K release is very likely to be let down. All logic points into 2K rescue all or almost all of its ammunition on the next-gen models. That said, what exactly does an acceptable current-gen release seem like for 2K? I've got a few thoughts.
As we've seen in the gameplay trailer that released last month, the images will be almost identical, if not identical to NBA 2K20. Even though this might be a problem for some, I'm fine with this piece of stagnation. There are two reasons: first, I believe we have already seen this creation of consoled pushed into their graphical limit. It is not going to have much better on PS4 and XB1 than that which we find here. Second, it might be foolish to think 2K would want to invest in enhancing the product visually if they stand to benefit from providing a next-gen version that'll be hyped up largely because of how amazing it looks. 2K and every other producer of yearly sports video games will need the gap between current and next-gen to be very evident from a visual perspective. As a consumer, I'm fine with that strategy.
