I Just Need To Understand What Else I Should Do

A friend and I wish to start doing so, and we've heard of bolting where you've 2400 chaos runes, a team of air, and gear that gives you -65 magic attack so you can afk auto-bolt every other to get EP up without killing. We're wondering if it's possible to use strike spells with thoughts runes rather, in order to save cash. Additionally, I have heard varying things as to how to do the trick. If you could inform me which of them is the correct method it'd be appreciated (this is for P2P).
Attacker has 76k+ in items risked, person getting killed has 26k in cash. Attacker kills. Attacker has 76k+ in items risked, individual getting murdered has 76k in cash. Attacker kills. Also, what EP% should we stop killing at and begin striking again for to 100% I've also heard it is possible to make millions by the hour doing this, however is that possible given that you'll run out of EP after like, what, 4-5 kills? That seems like it'd just last maybe 1/2 an hour.
I was only wondering, how will I be able to complete Fight Arena? I mean, after searching through a manual and it says I will have to fight about three consecutive battles, together with all the levels of 63, 44, 137, along with an optional 112 (General Khazard). Do you think I could do it with the subsequent Inventory, Stats, and Equipment? Note: I'm already at the part where I get the Khazard Armour, therefore getting an item or two wont be an alternative.
