Some preliminary thoughts I have been considering

What next? I coached my Herbore level and a few benefits got eliminated! Fair enough, I have 99 Herblore myself can relate to the loss of the shift, but we've opted to spend some time on another Herblore update that does not go against the points/answers I have outlined previously, so let's see if we could utilize this thread constructively to find some great potions in-game together.
Some preliminary thoughts I have been considering (No guarantees here!) Are potions that might give regeneration abilities over time, leech health for a certain amount of time (like 1/2 the harm you strike is healed for a brief time period ), or maybe a potion which may help prevent death... Thanks for reading and understanding.
In general, the rate at which your personality can gather Runescape resources is determined by:
- (2) the speed at which you mine ore and also get logs is also affected by the sort of pickaxe / hatchet that you are using.
I find that if I haven't done mining for some time (since I had been working on one of the other skills), the first couple of stones I mine are extremely slow. Then after the first few stones, I get back to collecting ores at the typical rate... Same thing with all woodcutting (the very first couple of logs take a remarkably long time to get, but then the pace at which I get logs goes back to normal), and same thing with fishing.
Query #1) Has anyone else noticed the same thing? Where if you haven't trained a skill in just a little time, your personality is really"rusty" in the skill to begin, but then goes back to normal pace after the first few ores/logs/fish?
Question #2) Is there a Runescape"rusty skill" subprogram, where in case you haven't trained a skill in just a little while, your personality will probably be somewhat slow at the ability for the first bit, before your resource gathering ability rate returns to normal, and is again only depending on your skill level and the kind of pickaxe/hatchet you're using?
