Registered information is whatever you have"enrolled" in your character, such as hairstyles, headparts, accessories, eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes, face paint, body paint, decals, voices, basewear, innerwear & of course emotes. My friends & I have been making"register that data" jokes everywhere one of us has a decorative we desired. Shit like..."Oh, you go sign up that data." So I am 98% certain this is what they mean when they say registered data, which would mean those people trying to hoard cosmetic tickets in the hopes of selling them on NGS won't work as merely registered items will move over.
So that means outerwear and outfits will not move? That's still a massive fuck you to NA players that spent money and nobody needs to scrape anymore to be fair... Well we do know we could deliver over weapons and units, so they could manage outfits/outerwear exactly the same manner. We do see older Ash running along with his old outfit in the trailer. It's still no difficult affirmation, but that'd mean he took him to NGS. FWIW that outfit is also available as basewear in JP so it's even more uncertain... but yeah I'd wager a solid 10k meseta on outfits and outerwear also moving.
We don't understand how outerwear & outfits will work just, odds are they'll be usable on NGS but we will not be able to list them on the NGS player market as to not effect the market. We do not understand how outerwear & Films will do the job exactly, odds are they'll be usable on NGS but we will not have the ability to list them on the NGS player market as not to effect the market. This just wouldn't make sense, I am convinced we'll get outfits & outerwear they probably just need to think up some constraints first. We won't know for certain until at least August 7th that's when the next PSO2 flow for JP is.
