Face of the Franchise: Career Mode in sports games is my favourite manner in all of gambling. I play every game and have sunken countless hours on multiple titles. In the Madden 21 demo I was simulating a vast majority of the games. This story doesn't make you care. It's so dead and corny. The characters are super unlikeable and this is coming from a man who sort of enjoyed the 2k18 MyPlayer narrative and in the close of the day that I just do not care. I didn't want to invest myself in the story they had happening. The scenarios were unrealistic from it turned into a packed NFL stadium for a high school country game or Snoop Dog just randomly on the area. All of it just cries cliche and I usually still adore that kind of stuff but I just wanted to skip the cutscenes but I subjected myself . Your gameplay at the first stages does not even matter, you could be the worst football player ever and you still get 10 D1 offers so at that point why even have me perform with? The game puts you back on rookie mode with no choice to adjust so it turns into only chucking up the ball and pressing Y(or Triangle) and setting up +70 on everybody. I've never felt this univested at a career manner and this is the second when it clicked that I'm not excited about this match in any way.

Football is my favorite game (I had been a school player and now coach college ball) and during my time on the trial that I didn't feel excited. I'd superb low expectations so that I didn't feel frustrated, I just felt nothing. I like this game and this is the only important simulation choice and I felt nothing. I have a couple hours left so that I might just test a little more but once my time is done it's done once and for all. I got fooled into buying Madden 20 but not this year. If you like the sport, trendy. As somebody who understands football well and how the game functions in real life this title does not do anything for me. If you prefer football anything beyond a casual fan I can't suggest Madden 21 for you. It is really sad that this is what we must work with. We have to beg for features from executives and rude devs. If you took the time to read thanks, grab me playing NCAA 14 along with PS2 Madden and #FixFranchiseMode.

Madden is a perfect illustration of what a monopoly does to the quality of a service/product. The bar is set low by them and every year is a"measure in a new direction". Thank god I only got the trial.

This along with that I'm seeing on both r/Madden in addition to r/MaddenUltimateTeam cements me on not purchasing Madden for the first time since Madden 05 at least until the new consoles come out. I really do play MUT and've invested quite some time in it the past five decades but since the MUT staff gave up earlier in the summer I saw how much I really didn't like this mode, just craved constant upgrades and articles. I cut my teeth, so to speak, on Franchise mode and that love revived once MUT shut down. To observe that the 6-7 bullet points that they had been adding to Franchise along with nothing else broke my heart.
