They've ever tried to make outside of RuneScape

Polling just lets all of the neckbeards continue to deny new content into Runescape. They'll eventually lower the pass threshold or move it to tip. The quantity of new and returning mid-high lvl players that they get will easily off-balance the vocal bank standing minority they will lose for a month till they resub again. RS3 is what happens without user polling. The community choosing what goes in Runescape means the playerbase needed a thing and Runescape will not be driven to the ground from updates that are aqful. One for everybody is the system you are currently proposing. Polling is the collective view of the userbase. It is everyone having a voice.
The very first question about frequently do I play this game, there should be a choice of,"I'm now taking a rest." Which is fine. My issue is I suck at this game. I am 1600 complete but I'm not too efficient or fight focused so I haven't bossed or completed master quests. So it did not give me an choice to state I really don't understand in regards to these queries. I set neutral which I presume throws off the integrity of the answer. Also when you're talking about Jagex that I didn't have any idea how to answer these questions. I don't know anything about Jagex outside the OSRS team that I believe is a relatively small part of your organization.
I also wish I knew anything about your parent firm MacArthur. They're a ghost in the internet. What's more, the only think I really do understand is that Jagex has pretty much given up on every game they've ever tried to make outside of RuneScape. There was no option for updating skills or saying I don't need you to focus on a few of those choices in any way. Finally for the query,"what would you consider customer care?" An option should be,"What customer support?"
Repeatable quests, HD customers, once more hoping to push new abilities, etc.. Questions regarding how polling content functions specifically is frightening, given Jagex's current penchant for just forcing content which has failed multiple polls through as integrity updates.
Not to mention: Asking for people's favourite games, location of residence, occupation status, and even their contact number is extremely inappropriate for this kind of survey. Appears nakedly like an attempt for gathering marketing data for sale. Editing this in now that I think about it more: The more I think about the phone number piece, the slimier it feels to be fair. Most of us know completely damn well that Jagex is not likely to call anyone who answers this survey. Leading people to give their personal information into a survey under the guise of"Wow you are so smart, maybe we'll call you to your opinions on upcoming stuff!" Is totally disgusting, and if anything else, I did not react extreme enough.
