Utilize And Make It A Beast

It has worked for many players because it enables consumers to devote a particular amount according to their personal/mental investment together with NBA 2K21. Of course, there are lots of completely valid arguments about lootboxes being betting, deceptive marketing aimed at children which don't know better, and cover to win scenarios, to list a few, so I'm not saying that this is the best approach, only that it seems to be a kind of unholy alliance.
The thing is if we as gamers say we are willing to invest $70-$80 on NBA 2K21 without being specific in what we request, the end result is NBA 2K21 like NBA2K21, which I'd argue is the worst case situation. It's an game so that you know that the lifespan will only be a year. It has no upgrade or clever delivery system aside from the $100 special edition, and that is a disgusting money catch playing the death of Kobe Bryant to get people to fork over $30 ($40 of you count the cost hike) for some makeup, and you'll most certainly see ads and mtx in addition to all that.
This is all for NBA 2K21 that will be less or more a copy/paste in the previous entry, with updated rosters. My idea of an ideal scenario would be have a look at the games' pricing depending on. Massive world RPGs and games? Sure, cost $80 for the actual backup ($70 for electronic ), but comprise all dlc, season pass, mtx, etc. you buy NBA 2K21 up front and get everything they make for that game up till they turn it off. For the single player games or indie matches, this also opens all the way a whole lot of space for these, from $10 up to $60.
Other games can still be $10-$40 and be more rewarding and a fantastic value to players. As time progresses, this also allows room for discounts. Maybe those games go down to $70 or $60 when the very first dlc couldn't manage it at the moment or comes out encouraging a second wave.
Is devs need to commit to launching fully operational games where this becomes tricky and customers must hold them accountable. I am not saying online death threats to a random person that worked on light for a bad match, but if NBA 2K21 is started at $80 and turns out to be broken or have mtx/ads/paid dlc then we have to require complete refunds and boycott that dev to prove it won't be tolerated. This is a take and give, we provide that our hard earned cash to devs, they provide us their games made with their work.
