Like any other sport game. Reading that they ask that you buy a dual version for $99. That is enough to never touch NBA 2K21. Especially since other organizations are likely to perform smart delivery. Yes its a huge deal when you consider how many games are priced at 60 and released unfinished and then request another 20 for dlc that should happen to be in NBA 2K21 to begin with or a different 40 for a season pass.
Not everyone is able to purchase NBA 2K21 with this kind of a price label, there are many who can't even buy NBA 2K21 on its own launch (60$ AAA) and wait for a couple of years to purchase them on sale.If NBA 2K21 is good they make lot of money with the 60$ cost +microtransactions,then why are you currently performing this.According to your logic a fantastic game can even be priced 100$,but most of NBA 2K21rs won't have an opportunity to experience that caliber.
Kind of important differentiation to point out (not that I'm really defending 2K). If you purchase the bottom Xbox One variant, you will continue to have the ability to play with it without the improvements because of backward compatibility, just on the Series X. Smart Delivery is absolutely something that every business needs to be taking advantage of, but if you do not care about the enhancements you can purchase the 60 dollar version and be done with it.
No boycott because the price is inevitable. 1 developer even said that this is the reason you see season Passes and so DLCs and skins. Developers have to find ways to keep up since the cost of earning games are so expensive. But that is why you've got microtransactions. But please read the link if you believe there's nothing wrong with what's going on.
I despise microtransactions such as the next man. But because the price of development are more expensive but the price remained at $60. So that their are so DLC and microtransactions game Companies are struggling. DLCs are fine so long as it's done right and companies dont even get too greedy. A fantastic instance of is Remedy and CDproject Red. But greedy buttocks EA only keeps pushing on it and pushing it. With gaming and costly Microtransactions.
