Before getting to legislation and rulings like qualified immunity which shield cops and permit them to abuse their power freely. The vast majority of which EA and businesses that are capitalist are not able to perform about making it unfair to say they're in the best place to do more. The ones at the best possible position are the good cops by more staying quiet and allowing cops to get away with their misuse of power or voting to get direction because of their unions which will not enable the behaviour.
This is advertisements, they are currently trying to sell Madden. Call me cynical but the purpose of this message isn't to support the protests, its because their ad agency exercised that people protesting aren't currently gon na have watching video game trailers high up their list of priorities. They're just postponing it so they could earn more cash. If EA being a company that is ethical and gave a shit then they wouldn't release Madden NFL with microtransactions that is predatory, and they would not participate with their development teams. They are a just like most for benefit and for profit company companies.
They're a for profit company with a message right now. They've selected a side of the fence instead of sitting quietly while advertisements. So what if it is all for their bottom line? You can be sending and profiting messages. There is more than 1 way to give a shit about people. Because that is why they got so large every company will get faults. EA is commended by me for choosing on the side that is innovative if it does come across as advertisements.
I mean I believed there were pretty strict regulations on whose names and likeliness may be used in Madden. Just like Belicheck and Payton are not in Madden since they aren't part of the NFLCA and that is who EA has a contract. They might need to cover Kap if his title is used and are likely avoiding that. That and Kap is not just welcome in the NFL planet (not speaking about fans) anymore. They backpeddled and apologized if they had been called out. They do not have rights to Kap's likeness at Madden NFL 21 however they can cite him in the tune (just as they have with plenty of additional people figures in different tunes ). The simple fact that they did so two years in a row suggests it was not an oversight but a decision to collaborate within the NFL.Man I just got to thinking of the small items too. Remember when you could sell the naming rights and the announcers would say the title instead of welcome to your own stadium. For example ill pay $10 million a year but you have ta get to the superbowl. Training camp at which you could set a player through and try to get 7 feature points (if you got gold) that you simply get to pick where they go. Not this crap in which you upgrade strong arm in your own qb and you get centre and consciousness accuracy. No madden I want to increase his arm strength not to make him more aware he has a crap arm. I could go on but all of us get the image.
