Returning to OSRS. Mobs falling no loot

I enjoy the groups facet. But RS minigames that require teams have turnouts. It would be great to have pvp but have nothing from beyond the minigame itself impact it. (Lv 3 could wreck a 126) the combat could be more"skill" based. Deception involved. I'd need to spend more time thinking specifically of a mechanic. To make it successful I'd say have a reward shop with a few gear reward which may influence skilling or battle or both out of gameplay but needs you to play more matches. Have every team split up. 1 individual be their"champion". The remainder of the group is broken up into groups to assemble craft armor and supplies and the winner has to raise their battle levels.
It could be a pvp minigame before it begins, in which you select your loadout from a shop. The cost for every single product is randomized before the game. Each time you receive a kill and progress in the tourny you get points to spend in the shop. Points are worth a great deal of maingame rewards if you place top 2. A unboostable pvp minigame with an ever meta and rewards pkers for handicapping themselves. I would not mind pest management sequel, perhaps with a few use whereas as soon as you get exactly what you want from the original there is little incentive to go back. Which is a shame since I genuinely enjoy playing with pest control but have little reason to come back as a wind game RuneScape player.
Played OSRS for a little last year for a side game while I played with with P99. Got hp my atk and str. Ignored defense. "I will just power level my shield once I have these high enough. It will be a cake" Well, decided to give it a try as I am bored AF, inbetween jobs, awaiting a New World that was delayed. And wouldn't understand it, but no mobs that drop loot is killed by me. Lumbridge goblins and cows. SoS crawlers and zombies. The Random Barbarian. Not a piece of my loot. I can view loot pop in as folks in the area kill and do not loot what (The botters are still here enmasse I visit ) but among my own. Followed a leveling manual and trying to kill the natives in SoS for loot and exp and while the exp is good, I've not seen a bit of loot. Nothing about this on the wiki.
I do not remember a"You can't loot mobs X levels below you.". That would ruin part of the farming method of RuneScape. Sorry for the dumb question, but its driving me nuts. Relogging. Killing guards. Being killed. None has fixed it. Fighting in an area. Nobody around. Some loot pops in 1 minute exactly (timer checked) once I kill a mob on that spot. Checked across UK, US and AU servers. Upon logging in now I started getting drops. Killed a bear while farming obtained hide, meat and bones and flax. Went around and killed the same mobs as drops and yesterday were. My message to CS has no reply, so not sure what went on. Thank you for your attempts and the messages to help me in this matter. My premise is something is in place to keep botters out of using it to the extreme for a day getting a account once it has prohibited and bailing. They saw a different IP than I utilized over a year ago and I was flagged by it.
