From everything I have read, EA is one of the game companies. They used to treat their workers like shit but made changes after the EA spouse issue came to light in the early 2000s. In addition you greatly underestimate how many devs will set up with shit pay and shit requirements to work in game development. Anyone in game dev might get a job with a simpler schedule and probably better cover readily at a ton of organizations. I don't understand why most men and women stay in the industry.
But there's project leads, manufacturers, directors, and they all just say yup something EA, it is like they don't even give our ideas to the EA reps. Just like what if we took X moment to bring this? How hard do you think it would be to add in Offensive and Defensive coordinators with fake names and permit them to be hired as Head coaches? Maybe a week or two tops. It is not like any of theses suggestions the community is making means popping the hood up and tearing the entire engine apart.
But what exactly do the tools they choose up do to MUT? New packs? Are they really cranking out fresh MUT game modes to join these tools? Game play is what they spend time. And think about the newest additions this year? Celebrations? If that is not a blatant rip of of fortnite dances so gamers will produce memeable clips while enjoying MUT. Madden NFL 21 is designed to keep you participated in MUT. Franchise is left barren and dull so that you'd have to change over and invest more money. It's not the big wigs, but it is Madden NFL 21rs. They buy this garbage and blow their paychecks on imaginary cards to get a game mode designed in the most predatory way possible.
Madden NFL 21 is designed by behavioral psychologist to induce money spending. You get paired with gamers that invest in increments similar to you induce spending so it is possible to progress. It is totally unethical and reasonable gamers should refuse to support Madden even if they don't play with MUT. Gamers will need to protest rather than utilizing their money more often because it fucking works. Look at battlefront and fallout 76. Fallout76 was complete garbage and that led being great since the devs delayed Doom when they watched the dreadful reception of fallout.
I used to have inside knowledge on how Madden coins worked a very long time ago. They pay a huge pile of money to the NFL and the NFLPA annually which kills profits from Madden NFL 21 so they end up costs developing it though it's their flagship game. That is probably why everything gets rehashed and thrown in the following game without becoming improved.Not simply that, the permit with NFL also dictates what they can and cannot contain in Madden NFL 21. It's why things like very low audience attendance, concussions, and the ambulance are not in Madden NFL 21 anymore. I would go as far as to state that the license is what is also keeping us from custom team/stadium designs and whatnot too.
