I think you're fine answering this questionnaire when you have privacy concerns since essentially all information is anonymous and it's using an industry-standard platform of Qualtrics.
Jagex likely doesn't have ISO certifications but hey this is a quick annual survey in order that they would not need to have any although market. It is my hope that this feedback encourages the staff to earn polls more concentrated to the viewers who actively take part in the content they are polling, or use them as an advisory tool rather than a ruling. If they show some of the survey's outcomes, it would be interesting. I replied the contrary, that polling is in the core of osrs and they ought to stick with it.
For clarity, I answered that polling is at the core of OSRS. The survey system empowers the entire playerbase to open freeform discussion about the proposed changes/additions created to RuneScape game itself and it is absolutely a great way to gather feedback and public opinion on something. That said, I really don't believe the format matches the best interests of RuneScape game.
I don't feel that the participant base is very good at determining which content, based on objective merit, is good for the overall health and ethics of RuneScape match long-term. According to polling, the neighborhood generally enjoyed 6hr NMZ but it was significant to remove despite this, which Jagex did. Players don't vote for any modifications which make things tougher for them personally but over time that becomes a negative as material becomes easier and achievements are diluted, these are very minor but readily add up.
