An Open Beta is PSO2 Meseta planned between then and complete launch, but there is no date for this period yet. All advancement between Closed Beta, Open Beta, and launching will carry over without server resets and without needing to re-download Phantasy Star Online 2 at complete -- you'll just have to patch it. If the Western version of Phantasy Star Online 2 will finally launch, it will be a free-to-play experience with a optional microtransactions.
ARKS - the Artificial Relict to Keep Species - is an elite task force concentrated on exploring overseas planets and wiping out dark, evil corruption across the galaxy called Falspawn.
