I doubt it is that OSRS Gold although I'm in favor of RS3. It is likely more sadness because the runescape game and accountant they adored got taken away from these, the community divide, and now both versions of the runescape game aren't what people would've probably wanted or expected. RS2 was still in a fine spot before RS3 dropped and had better strategies for boss shed tables at the time that I think OSRS should have considered more. OSRS has fully made skilling irrelevant in that sense. Similarly we all know the issues with RS3.
However I must say I do want others we come attempt an RS3 Ironman if only on legacy. I haven't gotten to play in a while due to cost, but an RS3 Ironman opting for a quest cape is among the most streamlined, enjoyable ways to play Runescape imo. Many people hate the keys and what that's understandable, however the few keys you receive from finishing each pursuit and the bonus XP that comes together really does make the mill more manageable for runescape players without as long as others. For me personally at this phase in my life I can not justify spending. It is not even maxed by 20 hours clicking on the ability to in most instances.
Not to be a downer, but the entire reason I was eager for motion changes was that PvM may actually feel good and not just be a habit of playing around tick movement. I don't require movement to become smooth and responsive when I'm just running through a town doing a quest, I need it to be responsive when I am dodging an area based assault in ED or some thing. If the principal reason for all of the hype for the shift is still not being addressed and is actually likely to become the exception to the new standard with the changes, which seems kind of counterproductive. I'd possibly just like to keep everything the way it is currently in that circumstance, so that at least things are constant and I could marginally have an intuitive feel of the delay.
I had been and still kind I'm excited about the notion of such a fundamental aspect of the runescape game being upgraded as that's the kind of change I really think RuneScape needs for long term longevity and has been largely ignored (with the exception of bank rework, that was awesome and that I very much appreciate), but this seems like a half measure that may not be well worth the trouble and could backfire when people learn it isn't going to assist PvM at all. I guess that's what the majority of us were really hoping for and obtained so hyped about when we saw the preview at Runefest, and I wonder if you're not setting up for another wave of network disappointment and backlash by not being more explicit about this component of the changes.
