Personally I believe OSRS Gold this is the best idea Jagex have had in a really long time. Hopefully these leagues may even help bring out some more updates to places like Zeah, which are notorious for being too large without enough material (although they have expanded on it quite nicely since Kebos).
It is PERFECTLY fine should they take pages from good features from other games using an OSRS twist. Personally, Im quite excited to play with this and I dont even care about the benefits! This is the sort of game style I didnt know I wanted but now I can not wait!! I got back to osrs when I watched swampletics at incident 3. I have seen a number of individuals say similar items in comments with this subreddit too. I see this as jagex seeking to make that experience for the average runescape player with a good quality of life and extra goals that's a great thing imo.
This looks great for a first league. It could be amazing to observe some speedrunning classes included in the future however, such as fastest to complete a solo raid, quickest to hit certain overall levels or skill goals, or even pursuit runs, all predicated on time logged in like King of the ability has been. Speedrunning categories could work incredibly for osrs with some tweaked fall rates to eliminate some of the significant rng issues inherent to speedrunning material on osrs.Has there been any discussion of this type of stuff for future leagues?
It essentially creates ultra rares that may be worth absurd quantities, and should they give up on quests, there will be a finite amount of these at the runescape game forever.They'll likely only integrate the rewards into some other minigames or something. I doubt they're likely to have runescape gamemode die right now, and DMM went on indefinitely, so I don't see why runescape gamemode won't have an opportunity in precisely the same thing.
This is my fault. If I am using in game gp to bond another account to perform with this, it must come out with more than I put in, go. I earn rather than the manner and could realistically produce a rune monster alt. Is it fun? Probably not. Is it worth my time? We are going to see the relics include up/play out and how the rewards do.These are not a bucket listing of tasks where you need to complete everything these are a list of tasks which you can choose which ones to finish! We need a range of tasks which are impossible for one person to complete all of them so you always have another goal to work towards.
