There is nothing for chemistry or personality

But guys are not rated according to stats. Yeah, Elliot's had seasons that are nice, but if you take a look at season they need to be shut in evaluations. Fair enough if you wish to provide Elliot an edge, but after the Vikings game, X-Factor score seems odd.
Again, Byron Jones is a freakish stud in Madden, and I am working to figure out the way that works for a guy who has only got two INTs his career. (But hey, at least Herndon's no longer sub-60. I swear, as far as the evaluations man has a hard-on for the Cowboys, he despises the Jags.
I concur with your evaluation of the problem, but not with your own solutions. Are symptoms of a couple of issues, as I see it: First, Madden is mainly based on cartoons, and then by stats. Sometimes stats matter, occasionally they do not (i.e. if a 77 rate Madden player can catch up to some 92 speed Madden player while the 92-speed is running ). The stats are what are to determine things like a Madden player's value.
There is nothing for chemistry or personality. I really don't think there's any logic in Madden game for a Madden player's loyalty to a team. At the NFL, if you choose a 95 WR for your first few weeks, at the middle of the season your 85 WR is going to be better, due. In Madden it is possible to plug in an 82 OL and instantly replace an 81 OL, however at the real NFL chemistry is much more important than stats (unless there is a large delta).
Except as it pertains to career objectives, there is nothing about functionality. It isn't important when I've 12 another RB and YPC has 3 YPC. He's 78 overall and When I have a 77 complete, he's the starter because he's 78 overall. If I'm a QB and that I have a year in which I set up 14,000 yards, 102 touchdowns and 6 interceptions, also I have 3000 rushing yards with 52 rushing TDs, however I am still a 72 overall, I will get paid around $6M/year.
