You never really feel like anything things in this sport, just grind and grind and grind and grind. Btw this game is p2w at korea and we have the very same rates but not the meret p2w items they have, they can also get epic pets from dungeons and we can not, insanity raids were made harder on us for actually no reason as well, I read one of the korean guides they just tell you to purchase about 2 billion mesos (you are able to exchange merets for mesos in kms2) just so you can get up to speed with the rest of the folks playing.
I've run FD 240 times for my own +15, I have not ever got horns in lube/rog or a kanduras, I am at 2k pet catches without a epic, I've fine rolls and can clean up to cdev but the mill only comes back and even tougher with gear that is legendary, it took me so long to get proper stats whom I do not even want to grind for longer legendaries. Gemstones will be the absolute worst part of this rng, the percent odds are just absurd and the sum that can do them is demoralizingly minuscule, about 4 attempts a week that will likely all fail and all you can do is simply grind treva or guild coins to get maybe 2-3 more tries in the event that you grind for the whole week nonstop which is just crazy, socketing I think its largely fine except for your 500k meso fee on obtaining accessories which is just way too much in my opinion.
It's a massive rng meso sink that will just drive you broke because you're unfortunate, the worst part is that stone are actually necessary for raids beyond cdev due to the absurd hp increase the bosses got. When you shove fail after fail after neglect to your players they simply get demoralized and stop, does not help there is literally no point in getting better gear, no gratification for whatever you do, all you can do it just talk with friends, shame everyone is simply asocial in this sport so nobody speaks, you never find an authentic communal guild, they are all super attempt hard and very unfun, somebody I understand attained rank 1 in cdev clears for a while, got recruited in a try hard guild which just made them stop. ?
Its funny, once I saw this announced and Maple story M Mesos finally launching after hammering it for years, I was decided NOT TO PLAY. I connect and bot population that is hefty and games. With a exploitation factor and bot counters. Yet I was horrified as someone who had completed beta localization for MS1, and got dragged into the match anyway.
