Prevalent in the NBA 2K League

The outcry induced 2K to adopt the inside-outside equilibrium system that we see today, and that's also prevalent in the NBA 2K League. Here's the problem with the inside-outside system. I am a simulation guy, but I have found the parameters of classes like Pure Lockdown, Pure Sharpshooter, and Playmaking Shot Creator a little too restricting, and it doesn't provide the player options, or enough creativity.
Creating players will be fun, and I've always felt that the inside-outside system curtailed a little for the sake of the competitive 2K community, which in this stage, just makes up a small portion of the game's huge fanbase. I am a fan of this yield to an archetype system, but not in the form of an entire free-for-all that permits people to produce players as tall as Manute Bol, as strong and athletic since Zion Williamson, who shoot like Steph Curry, and who also manage such as Tim Hardaway.
That is not the answer unless 2K made it almost impossible to attain this type --but that is a subject for another time. Hopefully, the new and improved archetype system enables players to make whomever they need, but with some regard to the history of basketball. There should be 20 or so archetypes. 2K should base each one on distinct player styles from men throughout NBA/ABA history.
By way of example, there is no reason you shouldn't have the ability to create a player whose characteristics are on par with Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Bol, Curry, or some other participant who has ever existed. I believe that the problem comes in when gamers create alien players that are just 7'6" 350 pounds, fast, with handle and a wicked jump shot. That's breaking the match, and it commits the cardinal sin of disobeying the history and foundation of this sport 2K is emulating.
