Brand new home menu on RS3 mobile
The brand new home menu on RuneScape mobile has been revealed in the latest official blog.
Burthorpe and Taverley on RuneScape mobile
One of the most noticeable changes to RuneScape mobile is that Burthorpe and Taverley are being made into more distinct places. Both of RuneScape Burthorpe and Taverley have undergone a thorough spring cleaning. Here are some of the changes:
1. A small forest will be planted between the two towns.
2. The new map will coalesce different architectural styles of Burthorpe into three distinct modules.
3. The animals of Burthorpe have also been graphically updated.
Path system replaced by RuneScape Achievement Paths
The path system has been replaced by RuneScape achievement paths on mobile. Upon leaving the Tutorial Island, new players will be directed to Turael and be given tasks. These tasks will gradually ramp in difficulty until the player is equipped with the knowledge they need to fully experience what the game offers.
In addition, the achievement path system will also allow for a collection of “path books”. The patch books will break the lists of tasks down into manageable chunks, which are centred around particular locations.
