Speed Demon gives +20 movement speed to you and allows you to reload quicker. The drawback is you will drain your appetite and desire bars as quickly, so stock up on steaks and Purified Water. Grounded gives you 100 Energy Resistance, but hits on your Energy harm. Unless you rely on electricity weapons, this is a resistance.
