With a changed version of WoW Classic

When it goes , we could test to confirm on the majority of these changes or non fixes. Stacking buffs/debuffs, exploits, and, everything else. Looking forward myself to see what is and what isn't.
The druids regrowth has been my favored cure. Whether it did stack double, or not. It was with green equipment. I'd pile the greens which had just + healing for a number of dungeons or just to mess around. It did seem like a difference was made by those in particular like rejuvenation and regrowth for hots. Haste, soul, and crit fixes because it had been just the stat of treats though wearing those greens restricted my int. It's really funny that the"NO CHANGES TO CLASSIC!! 11!" Purist audience have been playing with a changed version of WoW Classic this time! I can not wait to see the complaints from those who are expecting it to be like servers.
The charms scaling with damage/healing power was nicely described about the patch that introduced limitations to incentive received based on spell throw length and rank (to prevent position 1 spells OP that were being mistreated by casters turning out higher in DPS/HPS and more mana efficient than top ranks). The incentives are added into the sum of the spell elements rather than every aspect.
Regrowth would as per this patch excuse actually not receive all bonus as it was a quick cast spell (100% incentive was implemented only to spells using a cast time of 3.5 secs or more without abilities ). Each element would be buffed with the portion of the bonus proportional to the fraction that the element represented of the entire effect of the spell.
