The Division 2 seems great thus far

Marco ultimately concludes that when there aren't striking, core adjustments to a lot of this stuff, which The Division 2 might just not truly be aimed at him anymore. And I would say that as a PvE player that is casual personally, for me, I found a lot of technical and gameplay issues as well. And we both share complaints such as agreeing the UI is absolutely terrible in this match.
As ever, all of this is qualified by"it is a beta!" Excuses, and yet with only a month until launch, it's not clear how much of this will be able to be fixed, and the simple fact that we're literally seeing substantial bugs taken over from The Division 1 itself doesn't inspire much optimism about possible fixes for everything that ails the game currently.I'm still going to play The Division 2, but this beta has certainly tempered my excitement over it's increased it, which I was not anticipating. Where things go from here, we are going to have to find out.
The private beta of Tom Clancy's The Division 2 kicks off today. While high-level content doesn't unlock until tomorrow, there's still a lot to discuss our first few hours. It's apparent that The Division 2 includes a look and feel that's very different from its predecessor. Meanwhile, we are still not sure what to make of this narrative so far.
Here's five things we've learned on the first day of The Division 2's beta. The changes to combat in The Division 2 go deep, and they begin with subtle modifications to the look of the game.Environments seem to have much less contrast than in the first, particularly in night or in dark environments. There's no longer a guarantee that enemies will have a persistent icon over their heads, once engaged. Those two differences combine to make it very difficult to know how many enemies you're fighting at any given time, or where they even are on the map.
