Over likekly pre-BC into wow classic gold WotLK will be the favorites, then attention will just drop off after for elderly xpacs. I'm huge on pre-BC, but it is likely most people who are goin to perform it are just goin to
say"nicely on the real game I'm xyz", instead of really committin into the pre-BC variant and always makin excuses of w/e easy mode xpac former/currently glory they had/have. Which is from content that's
constantly nerfed into the floor and many individuals actually pay in-game gold/playtime and/or real world money for run-throughs to acquire equipment. They will see it as some joke like PUGs in
Instances/Raids, so it'll cheapen the general thought about the edition of WoW Classic and its own content. They'll actually have to show ability in PvP, since it is not pretty a cookie cutter version of WoW
Classic where courses do not really mean as much, since everyone has the exact same overall abilities. Actual class diversity and prioritization will matter, heavily.
A lot of people'll likely get bored of the length of time it takes to lvl, together w/out havin a lot of the simpler parts of the subsequent versions of WoW and quit. Many things like: levelin ranges for
every questin area, LFG/LFR queues, Guild Banks, etc; it will become a job for them and it'll die out for many people quickly. Even moreso w/how slow it requires to lvl and even only 1 add on a fundamental
pull while lvl'in will get you killed w/a hugely long run back dependin on where you died. PvP servers will have it worse, since there's not any GYs in enemy locations.
