As we mentioned, the test will not be on consoles and this probably to Ubisoft needing to undergo Sony and Microsoft certifications which take days or sometimes months. Running the test through Uplay does not impose time barriers.
Those who make it will have access to articles that is identical as in private beta, with the exclusion of the Photo Mode, endgame and Conflict. PvP will continue to be accessible through Zone. Apparently, the test's most important purpose is to produce a smoother encounter during open beta, which will be kicking off 01 March 2019 so a more enjoyable experience should be accessible then.
If you get invited to the Technical Test and locate a few issues, you will be able to report them on the official forums. There will be more of improvement between the two beta tests from The Division 2 than there was at Anthem.French game publisher Ubisoft sent out a promotional email touting The Division 2's upcoming beta which runs through the 10th.
