Forzathon is just another route of post-launch content support that Forza Horizon 4 players will have the ability to enjoy, in a large open world that's going to keep drawing you back in. It's easily the Horizon title and if it all comes together it is shaping up for a game worth playing for years and years to come.
I've always been a massive fan of driving and racing games, all the way back into the ancient PlayStation 1 if games like Gran Turismo, Porsche Challenge and Colin McRae Rally really captivated my love for the genre. One of the staples of driving simulation games recently has been the Forza series, which is latest outing, Forza Horizon 4, has had a demonstration published recently on Xbox and the Windows 10 Store.
I have been really eager for it for some time, not least since, finally, there is a contemporary driving simulation game set in the uk. For some reason, my country seems to have very little love from the AAA gaming space, with the majority of games being set at the fantastic old US of A, or sometimes Australia or alternative idyllic settings. Why do you wish to come to gloomy Britain?
Well, it is proven to be a wise choice in my humble opinion. The game is set mostly in Scotland and a number of northern England from the map contained in the demonstration, and honestly you could not choose a more beautiful location to decide on a game like this in my eyes. It is some and wonderfully represented here.
The demo begins with a huge playable set-piece which takes you throughout the four seasons of the year, every season having it's own unique racing style suited to this. We start in Autumn with a race through quiet country roads and woodland areas, passing small villages and fields, this eases you into the demonstration and permits you to become accustomed to the controls.
